Information collected
Collected information is stored as entered by the customer. If PayPal is used, the same information is received from customers PayPal account, if the customer gives their consent.
- Full name
- Shipping and billing address
- Phone number
- email address
- Access dates and times
- VAT number and official name for companies
Credit card information is not stored or passed through Kallio Designs systems, as the data is strictly kept under PayPal service.
Purpose of collecting data
Access dates and times are collected for security means. All other data is collected for shipping and billing purposes.
Means of collecting data
Registration form or quick registration by sending the required data from PayPal.
Access to collected data
Kallio Designs board members can view all of the collected data, except for passwords, which are stored in encrypted format and can only be decrypted by the server administrator of Kallio Designs and Bluehost. Kallio Designs board members can reset passwords, if required.
Security
- Administrator passwords changed regularly and not shared
- Server applications and services kept updated
- No credit card information or any automatic billing information is stored
- Inactive accounts are removed after 12 months
- Computers with saved access details are kept locked (Windows) when not in use and not left in unlocked premises or containers left unattended
Server security:
In case of a breach all customers are notified through email.
