Standard postal service. Other methods or customer courier account can be used on request.
Importing
Products will be shipped with printed user manual, packing list and copies of pro-forma invoice for import purposes. Products are CE certified, RoHS and REACH compliant and have no in-built radios (No Wifi, Bluetooth etc).

Please request an RMA number with and explanation of fault and usage. After receiving the RMA number, send the faulty product back for replacement. Shipping costs will be refunded.
